Zimbabwean Afro house DJ Nitefreak's star is one that keeps on rising. After recently wrapping up his first ever Asia tour, the DJ has announced that he will be hosting his Afro house event HiNDE in Miami. Set to be hosted on the sidelines of Miami Music Week, this will be the event's international debut.

After a panel we hosted with Francis [Mercier] in Miami, he suggested the following year I had to have my own showcase and here we are. Hinde's first ever Miami edition will feature renowned names on the Afro house scene alongside Nitefreak as the headliner: Tomer, Maesic, & Nautik.
Named after his collaboration with Idd Aziz, Hinde was founded in 2021, as a way to not only bring house music to the people but to bridge the gap in income due to a lack of sufficient bookings. The event's first edition was a small affair at a friend's house in Bulawayo, but sufficient enough to lead to subsequent editions which saw it growing in leaps and bounds.
For it's 4th edition last year in November, the event had a double header weekend that saw it being hosted in both Harare and Bulawayo.
Nitefreak is at the forefront of the Afro-progressive house movement. The a self-taught DJ and producer, has received praise from such names as Diplo, Black Coffee, and Shimza. He is managed by the Forbes-recognized label Deep Root Records.
