Zimbabwe's largest book community, Harare Book Club, will be hosting a book themed Christmas party to end the year. Set for Sunday the 8th of December, 2024, the event will bring together readers at the lively Afrotopia Café, situated in the iconic National Gallery of the Arts.

HBC's book party promises a well curated and unique atmosphere for book lovers to network and socialise. There will be a book swap and festive season shopping available. Adult fiction and non-fiction, children’s books, scented candles, gift hampers, and so much more will be on sale!
Strongly rooted in our advocacy of literature by African and Black writers, we are excited to highlight titles from Zimbabwean publishing houses House of Books and Carnelian Heart Publishing Ltd during this event. - Harare Book Club
The book will be running from 13:30 until 16:30 at Afrotopia Café on the 8th of December.
Harare Book Club is a women led literary collective that was established in 2018, and has grown into Zimbabwe's largest book community. Every month members read a book independently, then convene both in-person and online for a lively discussion.
