The 2024 Stanbic Bank Jacaranda Music Festival was officially launched today, at an event hosted at The Venue in Avondale, Harare. MC'd by Nikki in the Stars, the key moments from the launch event saw the festival founder Walter Wantanya reflecting on the festival's growth over the years, while Mary Anibal came on to share a testimony of how the festival had positively impacted her life before this year's lineup of artists was finally revealed.
This year's edition, which will be the festival's 6th, will see the event switching venues to Thornpark Polo Club, Harare. Running from 4 to the 6 of October, the festival will once again host regional and global talent. From as close as South Africa, to as far flung as the US.

In 2023 the festival was headlined by the likes of Murumba Pitch, Black Motion, Sun El Musician, Ndlovu Youth Choir, Jason Le Roux, Vera, ExQ, Selma Mtukudzi, Tamy Moyo, and Black Smith Mambazo among others.
