This coming Friday, Harare is set to enjoy a unique HipHop and RnB experience, born out of a collaboration between Dōmane and Unplugged Zimbabwe. The creative hub and the event hosts are bringing to life a concert titled TASVIKA!
Not just another concert but a statement from the collective announcing their arrival. The event is meant to be a platform to open doors for artists that people haven't yet started taking seriously and it will also motivate new artists that are afraid of taking on their dreams from an early age.
So who is Dōmane? Well Dōmane is a creative warehouse exploring every creative expression of life and aiding artists and brands on their creative endeavors, in short, its an agency for creatives. They represent the creatively gifted and help those not really creatively gifted aswell. They have projects in visual production, design, fashion and cultural events.
It brings to mind the ASAP Mob and a project for the creatives by the creatives is certainly something that's needed within the Zimbabwean creative ecosystem.
The TASVIKA concert is something Dōmane has wanted to do for a while. So they reached out to Unplugged Zimbabwe and they were more than keen to help bring it to life.
TASVIKA will take place in Harare's CBD, on the 6th floor of 3 Anchor House, along Jason Moyo Avenue. Advance tickets are going for $5 each (Available at the ground floor of 3 Anchor House), while at the gate it'll be $10 with VIP tickets going for $30.
They're set to be performances from Tanto Wavie, Denimwoods, Suhn, Yamikani, Ishe and P.USH. Dōmane says people should expect a World Class experience.
People should get ready to live through something different. A breeze of fresh air and a worldclass experience of indoor entertainment.
