The award-winning TV host, model and content creator Kim Jayde, added another honour to her name this weekend at the 2022 DStv Content Creator Awards. She walked away with the Fashion & Style Award, seeing off Blue Mbombo, Nabilah Kariem, Sergio Ines, and Yoliswa Mqoco, the other nominees in the category.

The inaugural edition of the awards took place at The Galleria in Sandton, Johannesburg, and was hosted by comedian Loyiso Madinga. The DStv Content Creator Awards celebrate the people, brands and agencies behind thumb-stopping content. There were 24 categories at this year's edition, with some being for professional creators, and others for people who just created something so great that it went viral.
2022 saw Kim Jayde wrap up season 2 of her sneaker show Kickin' It With Kim Jayde, which she produces through her own media company KJ Productions. In recent memory, she has also had several high-profile brand collaborations, which included the NBA x Hennessy, Spirit of the NBA campaign. She was also the host of Burna Boy's Space Drift Tour Concert in Harare and constantly gave us Fashion & Travel content.
