Sha Sha is here with the video for Themba Lami, the second single to drop from her upcoming album "I'm Alive". The track was a collaboration with the talented Afro-soul artist Ami Faku, who is said to be good friends with the Queen of Amapiano. The two had previously worked together on Nomfundo Moh's "Phakade Lami" which was released earlier this year and they have a complimentary style that makes them perfect for this song.
Themba Lami is about how we as women keep giving so much to men, but don’t get it back. It shows women’s vulnerability (which can be toxic sometimes). We decided to put all of that in a record and I hope everyone enjoys it.

The video for Themba Lami was directed by Lenzo Dlamini, who has worked on visuals for Blxckie, Frank Casino & Cassper Nyovest among others. The video has a calm tone and displays the artists as vulnerable while matching the emotion of sadness evoked by the music. Themba Lami comes as a follow-up to the single "Ungowami" and it is currently available on all streaming platforms.
Ungowami and Themba Lami, have raised the bar of expectations for Sha Sha's upcoming debut album "I'm Alive" which is set to feature 13 tracks and is now available for pre-order on iTunes and other platforms. The release date for the album is set to be this year with more details coming soon from the artist.
