Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England-based Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe-born 21-year-old upcoming musician Downtown Kayoto, whose real name is Chiko Chinyadza is making waves in the England city of Hull, after the local Hull City Association Football Club used his song Karma Called, in their latest promo video titled A proper match day.

The alternative R&B artist Downtown Kayoto released the song ‘Karma Called’ accompanied by a "Get Out" film-inspired music video back in September 2021. The song is taken off the ‘Navig8’ EP released in November 2021 and is featured on Apple Music's Antidote 2021 official playlist and Spotify's Fresh Finds UK + Ireland Class of 2022 official playlist.

Downtown Kayoto burst onto the music scene in 2019 and quickly established himself, with co-signs from English singer-songwriter Jessie Ware, Apple Music DJ Zane Lowe and English TV presenter Nick Grimshaw. He was also named BBC Radio 1’s Future Artist. With this, he landed the MOBO Help Musicians and PPL Momentum Accelerator Funds.
