The new single Cora de Hielo marks Tina Masawi breaking new ground, as it's the artist's first song in Spanish. The song name "Cora de Hielo" translates to frozen heart in English and in essence, it's a love song.
Cora de Hielo follows another recent single the artist released titled Issues, which was a collaboration with Mutual Beatz and it charted as high as 8th on the Italian Soul Collection Radio.
Cora de Hielo itself is a fusion of sound, with Zimbabwean, Spanish, and broader African influences evident in its makeup. It's also vibrant and up-tempo with pleasant melodies that showcase how music can always transcend language. Speaking on the track's release, Tina Masawi said it was a token of appreciation for the people who had made her feel at home.
My first ever song in Spanish for the people that have made me feel so at home in a foreign land and support me SO much! Os amo! Directed by Mr. Mitri, produced by Unasbeatz, featuring Enfantdesbois with dance moves.
