King 98 Long Live EP Cover Art and Tracklist

Long Live cover done by Naka Visuals

Hip Hop artist, King 98 has revealed the cover and tracklist of the much anticipated Long Live EP. The EP is set to drop on 30 July 2021. The potent EP cover is done by Naka Visuals.

In the cover King 98 aka Ngonidzashe Dondo is in a suit and a potrait of his late father Thompson Dondo in full view.

The cover concept is simple and genius at the same time because the rapper mimicks a sitting gesture of his late father. His father was a businessmen and an arts promoter. This EP is an evident effort to pay homeage and tribute to the late Thompson Dondo

In a social media post, King 98 shared a 'throwback' image of his younger self and his father. Earlier in June he shared on his socials, "Long Live, July 2021 I'm dropping my E.P titled Long Live in honor of my dad who passed away this year. Your legacy lives on dad and l know I will make you proud. Rest in Peace Super Dad" he wrote sentimentally

The EP set to drop has production from S2KIZZY who is a Tanzanian record producer and VICTORSTOT, a Zimbabwean record producer. 98 has a fluid relationship with the  Tanzanian entertainment scene ever since he collaborated on Kachiri  a monster hit. S2KIZZY handled 4 tracks on the upcoming 6 track E.P. S2KIZZY is known to produce Bongo Flava songs. Victorstot is handling 2 songs of the 6 on the scheduled released.

The project features Tanzanian Hip Hop artist Young Lunya, Tanzanian singer Rayvanny and Zimbabwean Superstar Jah Prayzah. What a tribute! Indeed 98 brought the best team to honour his late father. We cannot wait for the 30 July 2021 drop. Stay tuned!
