Chamakuvangu Ihuruyadzo popularly known as Tocky Vibes just premiered the music video for "Chikwereti" directed by Naxo Films. The song was produced by frequent collaborator and friend, Tman Mount Zion.
This got me wondering though, who owes Tocky Vibes? Then it hit me..
According to multiple sources, Tocky Vibes and Exq are entangled in a fight over a hit song.
After recording Wakatemba, It is alleged that Exq agreed to collaborate on a Tocky Vibes song which he later walked back from and failed to honor.
So technically, Exq has Tocky's "Chikwereti" that he is failing to pay back, leading to copyright claims, which resulted in the song being taken off YouTube.
To quote some of the lyrics in Chikwereti:
Chivharo wakandi vhara,Ndakanga ndaku vimba ufunge.Manyudze vakandi nyudzaHazvipere mushe,Gara wadzora chikwereti Sahwira
Either Tocky Vibes is a marketing genius for unleashing this music video when everybody is paying attention to the above mentioned dispute or I am totally wrong and this is nothing more than just a coincidence
