'First Number Book' is a counting book from one to ten that uses Nike Air Jordan sneakers one to ten as visual aids. The book - a project from 20-year-old Kiwi design student Jacinta Conza – draws upon the iconic Air Jordan sneaker lineup to create a children’s counting book that is both ‘fly and educational’. The book comes complete with it's own cement print box. All illustrations of the sneakers were done by Jacinta Conza using watercolor and ink. Other aspects of the design were hand-made.
